Driven by a love for Hawaii and a passion for people, Sun Park has dedicated her professional life to everything real estate. Born in Seoul Korea, Sun immigrated to the United States in 1982, with her family and found her new home in heavenly Honolulu. Like many other immigrants, they faced many challenges while adapting to a new environment. Ignited by the determination, not only to survive but to thrive in Hawaii, Sun and her family became retail entrepreneurs. Having owned and managed various successful small businesses in Waikiki, Waikele Premium Outlets, and the world-renowned Ala Moana Center, Sun gained valuable management, negotiation, relationship, and intercultural skills. These lessons shaped Sun's core values: Strive for innovation; operate with integrity; exceed expectations; and nurture relationships.

Sun grew up in various parts of Honolulu and Kailua. She has witnessed three real estate cycles; experienced both success and hardships that came with each cycle. It was while Sun was attending the University of Hawaii that she personally experienced the hardships of a market crash resulting from the aftereffects of 9/11 in 2001. More importantly, she learned the power of resilience and the importance of collaboration to create and execute a solution that is a win-win for all!

Today, Sun is a proud and dedicated agent at Coldwell Banker Realty, in the top 7% of Coldwell Banker Realty agents worldwide, and top 1% of Honolulu Board of REALTORS® agents. She is a team player and welcomes any challenge as an opportunity to serve people. In her free time, she enjoys serving at Hawaii Central Presbyterian, exploring the island, and snorkeling with her children!
